Receptionists

If you wish to enquire about administrative or non-medical aspects of your health or treatment, the reception staff will be pleased to help you. However, they can be very busy at peak times (especially early mornings, and particularly Monday mornings). So please be patient or try to avoid busy times. To try to offer the best service, the reception staff may ask for basic details of your illness, if appropriate. This is strictly confidential and part of their job. Please report to a receptionist on arrival.
