Repeat presciptions

If you need a repeat presciption, please tick the items that you require on the white tear off slip, on the right hand side of your prescription.

Please then place this in the repeat presciption box at the reception. Alternatively you may ring the prescription line on:

The prescription line is open between 8:30am to 1pm Monday to Friday.

Repeat presciption request may also be made by email at:

Repeat prescriptions can be sent direct to your preferred chemist, where your medicines are available for you to collect. Please note this service takes an addtional day.

If your repeat prescription is put in before 10am, your signed prescription is available to collect after 1pm the following day, alternatively if you use the chemist repeat presciption service, your medicine is available to collect two days later, after 2pm, from the chemist.

General medicine advice

• Please make sure you do not run out of your medication especially over holidays and weekends
• Please do not stockpile or hoard medicines: this is dangerous
• Never use medication prescribed for anyone else except yourself
• Never exceed the dose of medication advised by the doctor
• Keep your medications in a safe place & out of the reach of children
• All medication is prescribed at the discretion of the doctor only
• If you are unsure about your medication, ask the doctor or pharmacist
