| Compliments and Comments If you have any compliments or comments you wish to share with the practice please let us know. We have forms to fill in at reception and a letter box to post these slips in. All compliemts and comments will be kept confidential and you do not have to leave you personal details if you dont want to. If you have a complaint please forward the the details of your complaint to our Complaints Manager We have a form with details on who to write to available at Reception at both sites. We welcome all compliments and comments. |

| Zero Tolerance The practice operates a Zero Tolerance policy. This means that unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated. We will write to you and ask you to modify your behaviour. If you behaviour does not improve then we will remove you from the practice list. |
