We have a variety of appointments available to book, including early morning and late night appointments to suit people who are unable to get to the practice within normal working hours.

We have appointments available to book up to 3 weeks in advance.

Should you feel you need to see a GP urgently we also have same day emergency appointments. 

Please note the GP will not do a referral or issue a sick note in a same day emergency appointment.

We have a doctor on duty each day for strict emergencies that cannot wait untill the next day.

Home visits are intended for the terminally ill and truly bed bound patients for whom travel to the premises by car would cause a deterioration in their medical condition or would cause unacceptable discomfort.

If you feel you need a home visit please contact the surgery before 10am. We will need an address, contact phone number and a brief description of the problem to pass on to the GP.

Please be aware that if the we cannot give a time that the GP will attend the home visit.

Emergency Care - 999

Only emergency cases should you call 999. Patients with heavy blood loss, sharp chest pains & difficulty breathing etc … require immediate medical attention.

This service is ran by trained nursing staff and is open 24/7. This service can help you understand whether you need to see a    doctor. 

Dental Care - 0845 603 3131

For urgent dental care, the Cleveland Emergency Dental Service can inform which practices across Teesside currently have availability to treat patients in acute pain. Therefore the practices with the capacity to handle the emergency appointments may not necessarily be in the Cleveland area, but the service will inform you of the nearest one to your home at the time you ring.
